No really… you read that right! I was training to be an anesthesiologist after graduating medical school when I decided that long hours in frigid operating rooms was not going to be the end of my story. Creativity and a passion for the staggering beauty around us has always been woven into my soul. My own story has had many twists and turns, but I’m wholeheartedly grateful for the perspective working in medicine provided me. Life is messy, time isn’t promised, little ones grow up, and moments with our favorite people deserve to be preserved for years to come. Photography is my way of freezing that little bit of magic that we often overlook in the ordinary moments.
